SOLUTION:
The EyeGlass Guide, a highly interactive and informative and easy-to-navigate web space. Site serves as entrée to a revolutionary interactive online tool that allows users, through an online questionnaire, to “build” a pair of glasses online. Develop an informational site that serves as a total resource for learning about and selecting prescription eyewear as well as host for rich media informational animations and educational support materials. The site, the interactive application, animated videos and now mobile and app versions are developed in three languages, bringing the EyeGlass Guide to millions.
RESULT:
Now in its 3rd generation, the program has taken on a life of its own with custom retail versions, iPad versions, and the core program delivering unheard of engagement - a better than 60% conversion rate, an average time on site of 8 minutes, 42 seconds and an 80% tool completion rate.
