Support the launch of a new e-commerce product for this 30-year-old enterprise software manufacturer. Break through the clutter and deliver something that supported the equity built into the Sigma Micro brand. Usability. Creativity. Simplicity. Delivering the product message. Engage a jaded target audience. These were all central to the initiative. No pressure.
SOLUTION:
Take a problem/solution approach in both the aspirational depiction of the target on top of mountains of product and an informational reflection that both Sigma Micro and the software they produce is designed to meet the needs of retail professionals looking to come out on top. Develop a fun and engaging web space as well as support materials for the trade launch and an email marketing campaign to key customers.
RESULT:
The program launched on schedule and on budget. Within 5 days of launching the site and supporting email marketing campaign, more than 80 new sales leads were generated.
