Have you ever heard of Burke Testing? Sadly some of us have. Which tells you a lot about how far back we go trying to get into the heads of our target audiences. In so many ways, what we think about your brand and your product – and what you think – isn’t all that important. In fact, George almost got into it with a major client one time by pointing this out. But the situation quickly calmed when he emphasized that what he cared about was what that particular client’s customers thought. Which had made sense, lucky for George.
Two things have come from that fateful meeting. Our belief that testing really does work. And George learning how to present this fact more diplomatically.
